WHEN DO VALENTINE’S DAY POP-UP SHOP PRESALE ORDERS CLOSE?
Valentine’s Day presale orders will close when sold out or on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at midnight. Please note that delivery is not available and that all orders must be pick up at one of the Valentine’s Day Pop-Up Shop Locations.

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC FLOWERS IN MY ORDER?
We don’t guarantee what flower varieties will be featured in your custom arrangement but we do guarantee your arrangement will be a fresh, vibrant mix of pinks, reds and whites that will take your breath away. Each arrangement is unique, handmade and designed by our experienced designers in house and will closely mirror the product photos on our site.
HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY FLOWERS LAST AS LONG AS POSSIBLE?
Your flowers will last long after Valentine’s Day if you follow the easy steps located on your Blooms by Tabby Lane Floral Care Card that will be provided to you at pick up.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY FLOWERS?
Be sure to choose your preferred pickup time slot when completing the order process! You can choose pickup at either of our two Pop-Up Shop locations on Thursday, February 14th from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

CAN I CHANGE MY SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME?
We understand that plans change! If you’ve already placed your order and need to change your scheduled pickup time, no worries! Just send us an email at shana@tabbylaneevents.com
with the subject line:pickup time to let us know your new preferred pickup time. For planning purposes, the earlier you can do this, the better to ensure your order is ready when you arrive. Please note that all pickups must be completed by 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 14.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
No refunds will be issued for no-show pickup orders. Be sure to mark your calendar for this important day!
